The knife itself is fantastic.
I bought it off the Shop App,the poor review is from the customer service.
There was 2 discounts that were supposed to be applied, only one showed the other did not. I messaged the store, they told me it's a Shopify problem, I emailed Shopify customer service and they told me no it's a store issue. I emailed the store back and forwarded them my conversation with Shopify Reps. was left ghosted.

I think I was reasonable. If your store was showing a discount it should apply when purchased.
