Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
Return Policy for the US
At Black Flag Outfitters, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.
Please note: If you did not receive the items that you ordered or are missing items that were supposed to come with your order, please reach out to the Black Flag Customer Experience team at joey@blackflagoutfitters.com. We can only process these requests within 14 days after delivery.
Requirements
Within 14 Days - You must request a return within 14 days of the product being shipped to you.
Includes original packaging, tags, and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in new condition. Black Flag Outfitters may reject the returned product if the tags are missing, or if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, Black Flag Outfitters will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options:
- The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $30 ; or
- Deductions will made made from the refund; or
- The product will be recycled.
If you do not select one of the above options within 7 days of Black Flag Outfitters informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.
Return Shipping - Return shipping is the buyers responsibility, we do not offer free return shipping on any orders. Please follow the instructions below. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment.
For orders outside the Continental US, customers are responsible for purchasing a label and sending the item(s) back to our warehouse.
Due to the nature of physical gift cards we are unable to offer any returns/refunds on gift card orders once they have been activated. If a gift card order has moved to the proofing stage but not activated, a $15 charge will apply, which will be taken from the refund provided.
We offer full refund or exchange for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 14 days from date of purchase. In the event you are missing an item from your order, please send an email to joey@blackflagoutfitters.com.
